How Do I send my Photos ?
There are a number of ways you can send your photos to us. On our contact page there is a link to upload your image, click here to send your images.

How much will it cost to deliver ?
Nothing ! That's right, unlike many of our competitors, we have FREE SHIPPING on all orders !

What will the quality of my photo be like?
We can improve the quality of your images by reducing red eye, tears , creases, restore colour etc. However the quality of your print will determine the services we can offer & final quality of product. If we felt the quality was too poor we would inform you before we printed your canvas.

What frame widths are available?
The frame comes in 2 widths, 20mm or 40mm. See Quality & Premium Canvas Prints The picture wraps around the frame but we can leave the frame white if that takes your fancy.

When will I get my original photos back?
You will receive your original photos together with your finished canvas. If the photo is of sentimental/monetary value please make a copy before sending it to us. We make every effort that your photos get back to you in the condition sent but cannot be held responsible for photos damaged or lost in the post.

Can you produce custom sizes/designs?
Yes, Just ask. Can you print out my own custom design? We welcome your custom designs. Simply provide us with your design in any of the following file formats - BMP, JPG, GIF, .PSD or on paper and we will be happy to turn this into your canvas.

Can I send you an image which is not my own?
Yes. But it is your responsibility to ensure that you have been granted the rights to the image in question and/or have obtained the relevant permission.

Do you offer trade services?
Yes we do. We have a number of trader partners including photographers, graphical designers and artists. Our trade prices are very very very good ! Please contact us for details.

Will the print fade on my art piece?
No. We use their very lastest printing technology - Vivera pigmented inks which guaranteed to last a very, very long time! (over 200 years - honest ! ) Our guarantee is that if you do have any issues with fading with your print then let us know and we will replace it ASAP - no bother ! You will also receive a care sheet that describes how best to look after your print.

How long will it take to process my order?
We aim to deliver within 7 days for all canvas prints. Acrylics, Boxit Frames and Photo Gifts can be upto 14 days.  If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund. We will however, try to process orders quicker whenever possible.

What Payment Method do You Accept?
We accept payment by Cash, Credit Card, Nochex, Paypal or Cheque. To Whom do I Make The Cheque/Postal Order/Money Order Payable to?

What materials do you print on?
We print on to high quality HP Artist Matt canvas and a range of branded photo papers.
